Dr. Stephen Saddler has spent over 20 years in healthcare as a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon and Clinical Instructor for Georgetown University Department of Orthopaedics. He has served as a president, and trustee for Mt. Vernon Orthopedic Associates. Early in his career he was elected as Chief of the Orthopedic division at INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital, managing physicians within his department. Over the past 9 years he has been involved in private equity as a director for HCR-Manorcare a portfolio company for the Carlyle group. He has also served as Chariman of the quality committee for the past 5 years at HCR-Manorcare.
Stephen obtained a B.A. in Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College. He later received his medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, and his MBA in finance from the Wharton School.
Stephen is a lifelong athlete and an avid squash player. He enjoys travel and amateur photography. Most importantly, he is a devoted father of two loving daughters.
